Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship from our supplier network, so please allow the following estimated delivery windows after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Some items: 14–21 business days depending on origin and destination
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Multiple Shipments Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number, and items may arrive on different dates. This is normal and does not indicate a missing package.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping Delays Bling Mecca is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ssaiget1@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
